The lifetime of a gown is defined as three years. During the first three years, we will repair or replace and provide return shipping for a defective gown. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with one of our gowns, call or email customer service to open an Authorization for Return and receive an AR#. All packages that are delivered to our Customer Satisfaction Centre without an AR # will be refused. After the three-year lifetime of the gown we will provide replacement zippers for our gowns. This Guarantee is void if gown used for commercial purposes.
